Cancellation conditions

Client has the right to cancel bus booking according to following conditions:

1. Seven days before the date of tour without any fine.

2. 6-3 days before the date of tour: 10% of the order value at the request of Hansareisibüroo, but not less than 52 EUR.

3. 48-24 hours before the date of tour: 50% of order value at the request of Hansreisibüroo.

4. Less than 24 hours before the date of tour: 100% of order value at the request of Hansareisibüroo.
